Refund policy

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bluepeakgifts.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Returns for change of mind

Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to receive return instructions; items sent back without contacting us cannot be processed. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already have started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
