This website is operated by BluePeak Commerce LLC ("BluePeak", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and pricing

We try to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store full card details.

All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to BluePeak Commerce LLC or its licensors. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, email support@bluepeakgifts.com and we will review and respond promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePeak Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
