Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery time

Every item is made to order. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after it is issued.

Late or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of ordering, contact us at support@bluepeakgifts.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
